- Skye saunders Added June 07, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Waited just under three hours, checked in a few times through out to the promise that I was 2nd or 3rd in line and shouldn't be long. After 2.5 hours I checked one more time, she said I'm sorry you're in next, 15 minutes maximum. Okay sure, waited 20 and checked again, now I was third in line. An honest joke, I've never been so mad. Now I'm sitting here still very sick, thank you.
- Rinki Bhargav Added April 03, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience with Dr. Shahbudin was not even worth a 1star rating. Due to emergency, I decided to go see him (via recommendation) this morning. Upon entering his office, he went to close the door, I mentioned my wife is following.. and his response was "oh, she walks very slowly"..
i mentioned I usually go to another doctor and before I could even complete my sentence, he said "then why are you here?"..
I was OBVIOUSLY there because the doctor I see was unavailable. My visit hardly lasted 2 minutes before he rushed us out.
He was EXTREMELY rude in the longest 2 minutes I have had with a doctor.
I can come down to the level of same rudeness we experienced but it won't be worth it.
He needs to get some training on how to treat his patients with care!! - Rachel Rebeira Added March 03, 2018★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I get that this is a walk in, but to be turned away an hour from closing and forced to go to the ER and wait for 5 hours suuuucked. Other than that, the front desk nurse/receptionist was super helpful even though she couldn't take me in.
